Driver's License Restoration
Has your license been suspended for DUI?
driving under the influence (DUI) could result in a suspended driver's license if you are convicted.
Even a first DUI offense can result in license suspension for six months.
During this time, you will be entirely dependent on your friends and family
and on public transportation, which is not nearly as dependable. This
means that your job could be jeopardized by your DUI charges. There is
a way to restore your license after being arrested for DUI, however:
administrative DMV hearings.
Beckham Solis, Attorneys at Law has extensive experience fighting for clients'
licenses at DMV hearings.
In 2014, we successfully invalidated administrative license suspensions
in 35 cases, which is an
unprecedented number of victories for any Florida firm to achieve in a single year.

Restore Your License Through an Administrative Hearing
When a police officer makes a DUI arrest, they confiscate the person's
license and issue them a 10-day temporary license. You have those 10 days
to request a hearing at the DMV in order to contest your license suspension
and have your license restored.
If you are able to convince the administrative judge that your arrest and
/ or charges were unlawful, invalid, or contestable, your license could
be returned to you until the final outcome of your DUI case is decided.
Beckham Solis, Attorneys at Law has represented countless DUI clients
throughout Miami-Dade County and can help you restore your license.
