Officer approached defendant and smelled an odor of an alcoholic beverage on her breath. Defendant admitted to having three beers earlier that evening. Officer asked defendant to perform roadside exercises and defendant did not perform to standards. Defendant was arrested and blew three times over the legal limit. Defendant was under 21 years of age.
